LearnKraft is the digital platform of Oshiobugie Empowerment Foundation, a registered non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering Nigerian youth through education, scholarships, language training, and global opportunity guidance. Our registered office is in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information through any form on the Site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any restricted area of the Site or our systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from the Site without our prior written consent.
• Transmit any malicious code, malware, or harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

When you submit an application for any of our programmes (scholarship, volunteer, or partnership), you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
• You meet the eligibility criteria stated for the programme applied for.
• You consent to our processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or enrolment.
• We reserve the right to verify the information provided and to reject any application that contains false or misleading details.

Scholarship awards are subject to availability of funds, eligibility assessment, and the sole discretion of Oshiobugie Empowerment Foundation. Our decision on all applications is final.

All content on the Site — including text, logos, images, graphics, icons, audio, video, and software — is the intellectual property of Oshiobugie Empowerment Foundation or its licensed contributors and is protected under Nigerian and international copyright law.

You may share links to our pages and quote brief excerpts for non-commercial, informational purposes provided you attribute LearnKraft. You may not reproduce, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

All donations made through the Site are voluntary contributions to Oshiobugie Empowerment Foundation in support of our charitable mission. Donations are processed via third-party payment providers. By making a donation, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.

We are a registered non-profit; however, we cannot guarantee tax deductibility in all jurisdictions. Please consult a tax adviser in your country for guidance on charitable donation deductions.
