Our StoryFrom a Simple Ideato Transforming LivesAcross Communities
LearnKraft is the international education and opportunity programme of Oshiobugie Empowerment Foundation, a CAC-registered Nigerian nonprofit organisation.
Impact reporting is currently being consolidated and verified. Official figures will be published in our inaugural Impact Report.
How It All Began
LearnKraft was born from a simple yet powerful belief: that every young person, regardless of their background, deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Community empowerment activities began in 2020. LearnKraft was later structured as a formal empowerment initiative under Oshiobugie Empowerment Foundation.
What started as a small scholarship initiative has grown into a comprehensive empowerment program. Through scholarships, skills training, language preparation, and international opportunity guidance, we continue to break barriers and build futures.

Why We Exist
We exist to close the gap between potential and opportunity
Too many talented young Nigerians are held back — not by lack of ability, but by lack of access, structure, and guidance.
LearnKraft is the international education and opportunity programme of Oshiobugie Empowerment Foundation. We exist to bridge that gap. Through education, mentorship, and opportunity pathways, we help individuals move from uncertainty to possibility — giving them not just advice, but real support: scholarships, skills training, and structured programs.

Founder's Message
A Journey of Persistence, Purpose, and Possibility
More than a decade ago, I left for Germany carrying little more than hope and determination. Starting over in a new country was not easy — but those early years gave me something I did not expect: a firsthand understanding of what it means to persist without a clear path, and how profoundly a single opportunity can change the direction of a life.
In 2017, I began my vocational training as a Schreiner, completing my Ausbildung in 2020. That season shaped me in more ways than one. It gave me discipline and patience — and it gave me clarity. I began to see how many people back home carry real potential, yet are held back not by lack of ambition, but by lack of access, guidance, and someone willing to show them what is possible.
Before this work had a name, I was already doing what I could. I supported people who could not afford schooling, encouraged those who had stopped believing, and helped some return to education. Community empowerment activities began in 2020. Later, LearnKraft was structured as a formal empowerment initiative under Oshiobugie Empowerment Foundation to provide responsible education and opportunity guidance.
“Where you come from should not decide how far you can go. With honest guidance and real support, lives can change.”
What began as a personal desire to help has grown into something structured, purposeful, and lasting. Through LearnKraft — an initiative of Oshiobugie Empowerment Foundation — I want to keep creating genuine pathways for people who need support most: those who have the ability but lack the access, and those who have not yet given up on a better future, but need someone to remind them it is still possible.
This work is not about one person's journey. It is about building something that outlasts a single effort — an organisation that consistently stands between potential and circumstance, and creates a bridge. Every programme we offer, every contract secured, every life supported through the process: all of it is part of a deeper commitment that access to opportunity should never be determined by where you were born or how far you started from.
